We are working with a Top 100 UK law firm that is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3-7 PQE) to join its growing Corporate team in Southampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to work within a highly regarded practice that advises a diverse client base of domestic and international businesses, ranging from owner-managed companies to larger corporates.
You will be involved in a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
* Share and asset sales and acquisitions
* Joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
* General corporate advisory work
You will have direct client exposure, work closely with partners, and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
