Responsibilities
* Develop and manage plans for project teams, update stakeholders, and escalate scope as needed.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and beyond to enhance presence and impact.
* Identify and share market trends and resources to increase the value of service delivery.
* Take a systematic approach to decision making using relevant data.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients and teams, growing the firm’s relationship with clients.
* Maintain open and proactive communication and deliver innovative solutions.
* Create and deliver presentations for varied audiences, addressing questions and concerns.
* Integrate data and apply judgment to form practical insights and address issues.
* Share technical, sector and market knowledge to inform client thinking.
Qualifications & Skills
* Demonstrated experience as a Service Design Manager within industry, with a portfolio of projects applying service design to business challenges.
* Inquisitive, user-focused, collaborative, visual, iterative, and capable of balancing ambition with realism.
* Ability to navigate complexity and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
* Competent in service design methods and capable of guiding clients through the design process.
* Self-starter with an explorative mindset and the ability to create impactful perspectives for EY Studio+ UK and its clients.
