What you’ll do
* Deliver outstanding service and take personal responsibility for meeting each customer’s needs.
* Make it easy for customers by giving clear, accurate, and relevant information so they can feel confident in their decisions.
* Meet and work towards exceeding your sales targets while staying compliant with key metrics.
* Do the right thing by following all company and regulatory policies and guidelines in line with FCA.
* Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us.
