About the Company A leading Construction Contractor who specialise in retrofit and renewables work for clients in the public sector are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working from offices in West Bromwich. This business are expanding this office as they continue to grow across the Midlands region. They have won a large amount of work through several long-standing frameworks which involved the retrofit of existing social housing stock, involving the assessment, installation and maintenance of air source heat pumps, solar, and insulation. About the Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of all cost management, valuations, and commercial reporting across several domestic retrofit frameworks — ensuring each installation is delivered within budget, compliant with funding criteria, and financially robust. As the commercial team in the Midlands continues to grow this role has scope to be promoted into a Commercial Management opportunity.
