*TIG Welder/Fabricator*
*PURPOSE OF JOB*
To manufacture stainless fabrication, back bars and counters.
Produce high quality work to meet client deadlines.
To assist in general duties within the factory and workshop area.
*EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE*
Skilled TIG welder
High Quality Workmanship and keen eye for detail
Literature with good writing skills
Good communication skills
*MAIN TASKS*
* Welding tops, sinks, doors and any other assemblies requiring this process to a high standard to minimise the polishing process
* Preparation of welded parts (Sanding) in readiness for polishing process
* All aspects of assembling sub-assemblies (doors drawers etc) using pre folded panels
* Feedback any anomalies to Manufacture Supervisor (inaccuracies of drawings, quantities etc)
* Self-discipline including dress code, time keeping and all company directives
* Tidiness of the production area
* Maintenance of machinery and allocated hand tools
* Good house keeping
