The Role
As Second Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the kitchen by:
Supporting and leading the kitchen team day-to-dayPreparing nutritious, diet-sensitive meals tailored to residents needsAssisting with menu planning and seasonal meal ideasManaging stock control and food cost guidelinesMaintaining high Food Safety and Health & Safety standardsTraining and developing kitchen team members
