You will be responsible for managing the full lettings process — from end-of-tenancy through to sign-up — working closely with contractors, repairs, neighbourhood teams, and local authorities to minimise void times and improve the customer experience. The goal is simple: ensure homes are re-let swiftly while providing a high-quality, fair, and transparent service to customers.
Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-of-tenancy process and attempt to retain tenants with positive tenancy histories.

* Advertise homes directly and via local authorities according to nomination agreements.
* Liaise with local authorities to ensure homes are allocated in line with agreements and local need.
* Manage shortlisting, viewings, and applicant communication.
* Prepare tenancy agreements and conduct sign-ups, including in-notice viewings
* Provide housing options advice and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local markets
* Support neighbourhood teams in identifying hard-to-let homes and contributing to solutions
Requirements:
* Must have own car and be willing to travel between properties, local authority offices, and partner locations.
* Basic DBS required
* Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend meetings.
* Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
* Experience working with external partners
* Knowledge of Choice-Based Lettings, Allocations, Local Lettings Plans (desirable)
* Understanding of the social housing environment and relevant legislation
