We’re looking for a Global HSE Specialist/Data Analyst who can turn raw information into powerful insights, elevate our digital HSE capabilities, and help us reduce risk across our worldwide operations. You’ll be at the heart of our HSE transformation — connecting data, people, and strategy. Your work will directly support safer operations, stronger compliance, and smarter decision‑making across the entire organisation.
In the role you will turn data into action, gathering, analysing and interpreting global HSE data to drive risk-based decisions. Using Power BI you will prepare clear, accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders supporting audits, track non conformances and spot trends to help close gaps quickly and effectively.
Requirements for the role;
* A relevant degree (preferred)
* Experience with QHSE systems and digital reporting platforms
* Knowledge of HSE, quality, and environmental standards (preferred)
* Strong analytical and process‑automation skills
Ideally you will be someone who;
* Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
* Problem‑solver with a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working independently and in diverse global teams
