Role Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated B2B PropTech Sales Professionals for a commission-only, contract-based role. The role involves identifying potential clients (mortgage brokers, solicitors, estate agents), presenting NestLink® TrustScore products, and driving sales for our innovative property technology platforms. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a combination of on-site and remote working opportunities.
Remuneration
We are prepared to offer commission up to 50% per client on a monthly milestone basis. This will start at 25% commission and move up to 50% as targets are met on a month by month basis. You get out of it what you put in. The more clients you land and onboard onto NestLink TrustScore, the more you will be paid. This role has the ultimate flexibility. There is NO CAP on what you can earn.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
* Pre-existing network in UK real estate is a huge advantage.
* Strong understanding of PropTech or SaaS solutions, with the ability to present complex software products effectively to clients.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote and hybrid environment.
* Knowledge of the property or real estate market in the United Kingdom is an advantage.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technologies to track client engagements and opportunities.
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic, solutions-oriented sales approaches.
