The Role We are looking for a proactive Client Services Manager to join our London team at IDR. In this role, you will be the key liaison between IDR and assigned clients, ensuring a seamless project experience, high client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth. You will manage client communication, coordinate project delivery with operations teams, and implement strategies to grow critical accounts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries, while playing a central part in the expert engagement process. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and expectations. Project Execution Coordinate project execution and keep clients updated on progress. Internal Stakeholder Alignment Act as the “internal client” to ensure operations teams meet client needs. Expert-Client Call Coordination Schedule and oversee expert–client calls. Quality Assurance Review and quality-check submissions from operations before sharing with clients. Account Growth Strategy Devise and implement strategies to grow key accounts. Market & Compliance Intelligence Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across IDR’s industries. Data Management Maintain accurate internal records in line with predefined standards. Information Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with IDR’s information security and confidentiality policies. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 3–6 years in client services, account management, or project management. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English). Other necessary skills: Prior experience in the Expert Network or Market Research industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly. Strong academic credentials and/or prior experience in customer-facing roles. Ability to think creatively and independently. Collaborative mindset with proven problem-solving skills. What Do We Offer?
