Overview
We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide a quality clerical support to a busy department within the Women and Children’s Directorate. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit and have good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.
Responsibilities
* Duties are varied and will include reception duties, filing, photocopying, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face. This post is rotational between Forth Valley Royal Hospital site and Burnbank site.

* Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team
* Flexibility with working hours
* Good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office
Training
Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
