Freshwater recruitment is working with a well-known brand based in London to find a Change Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
As a Change Manager, you’ll support the delivery of a change strategy across a large, enterprise-wide transformation programme. Reporting to the Change Lead and working closely with the Programme Director, you’ll take the lead on change, communication, and training activities that drive successful adoption and embed lasting change.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the development of engaging, communications and support materials across multiple formats
* Manage and grow a network of Change Champions, ensuring they are actively engaged and contributing to programme success
* Coordinate in-person and virtual engagement events, workshops and briefings with precision and creativity
* Own change readiness assessments and metrics, identifying adoption gaps and implementing actions to support teams through change
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, programme sponsors, and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Experience needed:
* Proven experience in a change management within a complex organisation
* Demonstrated success in delivering change activities within a large-scale transformation programme
* Strong content development skills across multiple formats, with fluency in tools like Google Suite
* A creative and innovative approach to translating complex content into compelling communications
* Excellent planning and coordination skills – able to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence at all levels
* A sharp eye for detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
