Sales Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving processes by:
* Maximising Project Opportunities - Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through effective use of workflow management systems.
* Developing CRM Skills - Become an expert user of external project tracking software to gain valuable insights and opportunities.
* Collaborating with Teams - Work closely with estimating and sales teams to drive growth and improve processes.
* Analysing Business Performance - Produce reports on project pipeline, opportunities won and lost, and identify areas for improvement.
* Providing Market Insights - Gain market insights to understand business losses and implement changes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Senior Level Admin Experience - Proven track record of administration experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
* System Setup and Monitoring - Strong skills in setting up and monitoring systems to ensure efficient operations.
* Microsoft Applications - Advanced user of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Influencing and Communication - Strong influencing and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
* CRM Administration - Proficient in CRM administration, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
