The Role

Key responsibilities include:

* Deliver training on all aspects of conveyancing to new starters and existing staff, ensuring a consistent standard of knowledge and practice across the department.
* Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions (classroom, online, and one-to-one) that are practical, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the team.
* Ensure training content is current, reflecting the latest legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidance.
* Monitor trainee progress, assessing performance through observation, feedback, and testing where appropriate, and provide constructive feedback and support.
* Work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Conveyancing to identify skills gaps and create tailored learning and development plans.
* Maintain accurate training records and provide regular updates on progress, compliance, and outcomes to the leadership team.
* Offer ongoing coaching and mentoring to encourage staff development, confidence, and career progression.
* Champion a culture of continuous learning within the conveyancing department, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
* Stay up to date with industry developments and proactively update training programmes to reflect changes in law, practice, and client expectations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical knowledge.
* Prior experience delivering training or mentoring in a legal setting.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
* Confident in engaging and motivating learners of all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
* Sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision making process when dealing with problems.
* Excellent IT skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
