Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HGV Class 1 Driver based in Willenhall. The primary responsibilities include driving heavy goods vehicles (HGV Class 1) for the transportation of goods, loading and unloading cargo, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company. Drivers will also perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and provide timely reporting of completed routes.
Qualifications
* Valid CDL Class A license and proven Truck Driving experience
* Experience with loading, unloading, and handling cargo
* Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance
* Ability to operate and maintain Trucks effectively and safely
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required
* Experience with local and regional deliveries is a plus
* Moffet license preferred but not essential
* curtainside and flatbed trailer experience
