Corporate Finance Manager
Manchester - hybrid (3 days office)
Up to £64k plus bonus, profit share and benefits
Our client is seeking a hands-on Corporate Finance Manager to join their Deal Delivery team to lead key workstreams on mid-market M&A and funding mandates (£5m–£100m). You’ll bring corporate finance experience, owning the day-to-day of transactions with light supervision and acting as a trusted client lead throughout the deal cycle.
What you’ll do
1. Own and deliver transaction workstreams – IM drafting, financial modelling, buyer/investor engagement, data room build and diligence coordination
2. Drive deal momentum – maintain clear plans, anticipate issues, coordinate advisers and keep stakeholders aligned
3. Produce high-quality outputs – ensuring all deliverables are accurate, consistent and compelling
4. Lead outreach – run structured buyer/investor/lender approaches and manage Q&A professionally
5. Support negotiations – provide analysis and options that inform valuation, structure and key terms
