Administrator
Location: Annan, Dumfries and Galloway
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)
Pay: £13.21 per hour
While working in our busy yet friendly office environment you will be supporting management with general administration duties and logging deliveries. You will be encouraged to develop and refine already existing talent and skills you already have.
What you will be doing.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Taking phone calls
* Managing emails
* Organising spread sheets in excel
* Processing data to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems
What we are looking for
You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to write clear and professional emails
* Good general computer literacy
* Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Due to the location a driving licence is necessary.
