The Role
This strategic sales leadership role calls for an individual with proven experience in hotel or luxury hospitality sales. You'll be responsible for driving revenue through proactive business development, nurturing key accounts, and positioning the venue as a market leader in corporate and leisure bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial sales strategies across segments (corporate, leisure, events)
Identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
Collaborate with hotel management to achieve revenue targets
Represent the property at industry events and networking forums
Manage the sales pipeline, reporting performance insights to senior stakeholders
Uphold brand standards and maintain confidentiality at all levels
Ideal Candidate
Sales leadership experience within hotels or high-end hospitality environments
Strong B2B and B2C relationship management skills
