A highly ranked London based firm with a strong national presence, is searching for an associate to join their established Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters for clients including property developers, investors, occupiers and lenders.
Key responsibilities:
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions.
* Negotiating leases and associated landlord and tenant documentation.
* Handling site acquisitions for development and investment, development agreements, and disposals.
* Reviewing and advising on title matters and heads of terms.
Applicant requirements:
* Qulified solicitor (ideally 1-4 PQE).
* Strong experience in commercial property including Landlord & Tenant matters.
