Hawksmoor is growing! We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans.

As a Head Waiter, you set the standard for service and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What Youll Do
* Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service
* Support and train the waiting team to reach Hawksmoor standards
* Take ownership of sections and VIP tables
* Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
* Help drive sales through menu knowledge and confident recommendations
Who You Are
* Strong experience as a Waiter in a quality, high-volume restaurant
* Confident, professional and love leading by example
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ambitious, with potential to move towards Supervisor or Management
