Description

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will work within an established multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality occupational therapy assessment and interventions for adults with a range of conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Promoting independence, health and wellbeing through collaborative working
* Carrying out complex assessments and developing personalised care plans
* Prescribing and fitting equipment and adaptations
* Supervising and supporting junior staff, students and assistants
* Contributing to service development and innovation

About you

We are looking for an experienced, forward‑thinking Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about innovative ways of working.

You will have:

* HCPC registration and a recognised OT qualification
* Minimum three years post‑qualification experience, ideally including complex cases
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and motivation to enable people to remain at home and maintain independence
* A full driving licence and ability to travel across the Vale
