Contract & Training
All Care Assistant positions in Windsor are permanent, but we offer flexible contract options as well as guaranteed hours and full time or part time contracts.
Our Alina Homecare Academy provides exclusive training so you are prepared from day one. No prior experience or professional qualifications are required.
Qualifications

* A driving licence & access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
It can be helpful to have some Care Assistant skills to support you in your role such as attention to detail, high organisation and good verbal communication.
