Veterinary Surgeon with a Surgical Bias - Independent Practice - Surrey
One of the last truly independent veterinary practices in Surrey is looking for a Vet with a surgical bias to join their supportive, highly motivated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to evolve your surgical skills and contribute to a team culture where everyone's input matters.
Role Summary
* Hours: Full‑time, 4‑day week, 3 operating days
* Salary: Up to £70k plus generous CPD allowance
* Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am‑12pm), no Sundays, Bank Holidays, or OOH. Split of 2 consulting days and 2 theatre days, 20‑minute consults and a growing surgical caseload, including rabbit medicine.
* 20‑minute consults, protected admin/lunch breaks, daily team catch‑ups

Requirements
* A confident surgeon with a passion for mentoring and growth
* A thoughtful communicator who builds strong client relationships
* Someone who values reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Comfortable discussing treatment plans and costs with clarity and compassion
* RCVS registered with the right to work in the UK
