Job Description
Duties of the Recruitment Office Manager
* Providing comprehensive support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
* Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Supporting with monthly stats and figures reporting
* Producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations as required.
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Being a point of contact for clients and team members.
* Organising and facilitating internal and external meetings.
* Ensuring all invoicing is accurate and paid
* Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes within the business.
* Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Office Manager should have:
* Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
