Base pay range
As a Residential Property Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting property managers and ensuring a high standard of service to our residents and landlords. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, liaise with tenants and contractors, and help maintain accurate property records.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day management of residential properties
* Respond to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally
* Schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
* Support rent collection and tenancy renewals
* Liaise with contractors and third-party service providers
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and tenancy agreements as required
* Support the Property Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
About you
* Previous experience in property administration or customer service (preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided)
* Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of residential lettings or property legislation is an advantage
