This role pays a competitive rate of: Umbrella Rate - £16-£18ph PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £14.62 - £16.38 This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term. Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant: Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion. To draft legal documentation, ensure compliance with time limits, process and procedures. To undertake such other duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the grading and nature of the post, across Legal Services, as may be required from time to time.
