We’re recruiting for a Journey Lead- ER to join us. 1. Leading HR journey teams and acting as a senior escalation point for complex cases
2. Overseeing triage and resolution of HR and payroll-related queries including missed cut-offs and redundancy payments
3. Collaborating across functions to deliver consistent, user-focused improvements to HR systems and processes
4. Aligning advisory activities with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
5. Supporting policy updates and process enhancements across key HR journeys
6. Building capability within the team through training and knowledge sharing
7. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Group Tax, and more
8. Designing and implementing HR policies that reflect our commitment to fair treatment and positive outcomes for all
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee lifecycle journeys
10. Experience managing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle
11. Skilled in using data and insights to inform decisions and track performance
12. Familiarity with MyHR systems, Oracle modules, and payroll-impacting processes
13. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
14. Inclusive leadership style with a focus on collaboration and psychological safety
15. Ability to manage competing priorities and engage senior stakeholders effectively
16. Passion for innovation and empowering others to contribute to service excellence
