Job Description
Job Title: Associate Director or Associate Architect
Location: Exeter, UK
Job Summary: You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing projects within the education, mixed-use, and many other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client-facing activities, including initial client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education, mixed-use, and other sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
* Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
* Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
* ARB Registered Architect
* Significant experience in client-facing roles within the architecture industry.
* Proven track record of successful business development and project management.
* Strong knowledge and experience in the education, mixed-use sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Salary:
* £55,000 per annum depending on experience
