This role is within our eSolutions Team at our Egham Branch in Surrey on a 1 year fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will possess good administrative skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
This position requires good planning & organistional skills to prioritise daily requests and attention to detail.
We work closely with parcel carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc.
Key Functions / Areas of Responsibility:
Carrier invoices Reconciliation, Issue invoices to customers, Issue credit notes for parcels lost or damaged in transit, Update carrier and customer rate cards, Assist with creating customer rate cards for new customers based on agreed rates, Update rate cards within the shipping platform Create/Update SOP’s relating to invoicing, Review weekly/monthly statements, Issue carrier quotes, Internal reporting and Ad Hoc admin (scanning, filing etc.).
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00hrs - 17:30hrs.
This is an on-site role with no hybrid working.
