About the role
The Role
Full-time HLTA required for 3-4 days per week at a one form entry primary school in Telford. You will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver pre-planned lessons, and lead small group interventions. This role is ideal for ECTs or PGCE students finishing their final placements.

Requirements
The desired HLTA will have;
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Confidence delivering lessons and interventions
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Suitable for ECTs or PGCE students
