We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high standards of service.
* Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Manage staff to optimise service levels while controlling labour costs.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant,
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisor role.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
