Store Manager, Watford (Maternity Cover)

We are delighted to partner with a fantastic lingerie brand, best described as a modern, feminine, and accessible luxury lingerie company with a strong emphasis on both style and comfort. They have a strong feminine and playful aesthetic, with soft, romantic styling—think lace, pastels, florals, and flattering silhouettes.
The store manager is responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly, hits its targets, and delivers a strong customer experience. The role blends leadership, operations, and commercial awareness. The role will ensure the team is motivated, hitting targets by driving excellent customer service, monitoring stock levels and availability, preventing loss and conducting stock takes.
The individual will be sales‑driven, commercially focused, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have strong people management skills, be able to handle challenging situations and be a hands‑on leader. You will be team‑focused and enjoy developing others.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £37,000, plus monthly bonuses. This is an FTC role to cover a maternity leave, starting from September/October 2026.
