We are looking for a Vehicle Technician who is apprentice trained or educated to at least NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Light Maintenance and Repair, with 2 years experience working in a dealership or garage. The successful candidate will require the understanding and ability to work within strict health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
They must also be a good team player, have a high attention to detail to carry out maintenance, repairs, services, inspections, diagnostics and MOT preps and be willing to engage and learn. We would also require the successful candidate to assist, guide and help our apprentice and liaise with suppliers and customers. A clean and valid drivers licence is required. .
Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance, repairs, services, inspections, diagnostics and MOT preps on all types of vehicle, domestic and commercial
If experienced, assist, guide and help an apprentice
Liaise with suppliers and customers
