The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce, to effectively manage the sales pipeline and enhance customer engagement.
*Responsibilities*
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that drive lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Utilise CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within a logistcs industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, with experience using Salesforce being highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on results-driven strategies.
