We are looking to appoint an HLTA (ELSA) – Emotional Literacy Support Assistant who will deliver the very best outcomes for all students.
HLTA – ELSA plays a crucial role in supporting the emotional and social development of students in schools, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential by helping them understand and manage their feelings. They create a safe and nurturing environment where students can express their emotions and discuss their challenges.
