TheRole
Patchworks Product Team isresponsible for creating and executing on informed disruptive andstrategic product roadmaps that bring value to our customers and tothe business.
Were looking for someone to be akey driving force in bringing to market and evolving our workforcemanagement solutions. Youll be working within a multidisciplinaryteam (Technology Marketing Sales Client Operations) to lead withproduct management best practices to innovate and to expandPatchworks value propositions throughout existing and new marketsand shape a culture of quality and expertise.

# ProductManagement
* Definingyour product areas strategic roadmap through multidisciplinary andcontinuous product discovery and performancetracking.
* Defining anddriving product outcomes through your roadmap backlog andcollaboration cross functionally specifically including the ClientOperations teams.
* Drivingstrategic and tactical gotomarket and rollout activities throughcross functional leadership andcollaboration.
# Leadership
* Providingsubtle leadership and guidance and mentorship to others helping todefine product strategies and solutions embedding good practicesand sharing new ideas with the wider Product Team.
* Being a leader in agileprocesses by demonstrating ideal standards in gatheringrequirements managing an agile backlog writing user stories andleading squad refinement sessions.
# Analyticsand Insights
* Analysingand synthesising insights (e.g. user feedback product data salespipeline etc.) to drive datainformed product decisions.
* Leveraging quantitative andqualitative insights internal discussions and external discovery tocontinuously prioritise and manage the backlog.
* Tracking and monitoringproduct metrics to measure product success for each target segmentand market.
# StakeholderManagement and Communication
* Demonstratingexceptional external stakeholder management participating andleading in client meetings asrequired.
* Demonstratingexceptional internal stakeholder management collaboratingcrossdepartmentally to gather requirements and communicatingeffectively with nontechnical stakeholders to explain concepts anddecisions.
* Workingcollaboratively with Technology to build an effective and openrelationship and strong collaborative relationships with your agilesquad(s).
* Workingcollaboratively with the Revenue teams including Sales andMarketing to support sales efforts and educate stakeholders onproduct capabilities new features and future roadmaps.

* Creatingand maintaining documentation such as product 1pagers and productrequirement documents; and upholding good standards of technicaldocumentation within the ProductTeam.
* Creating and iteratingon internal documentation to support and improve ways of workingand foster learning and development within the Product Team.

* Keepingup with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices;evaluating new tools technologies and methodologies to drivecontinuousimprovement.
