Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver to work for our well-respected client based in Stockport. Please note that manual handling is required as you will be required to deliver food/ fresh produce to businesses.
Please be advised that this is a temp to perm position so the right candidate will be offered a full-time job.
Duties Include for the 7.5T Driver:
1. Safe and responsible driving of HGV 7.5T Driver
2. Conducting daily vehicle checks
3. Keeping in contact with our branch team on progress
4. Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements of the 7.5t Driver;
5. Valid C1 (7.5T) Licence
6. Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
7. Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience
8. No DDs, DRs, INs, or TTs
9. Good time management and reliability
Pay Rates (Paid Weekly via PAYE):
Whilst employed with Driver Hire Stockport you will receive £15.69ph- Please note that this rate is with holidays paid upfront, if you would like holidays your holidays to be put to one side you will be paid £14.00ph.
When you go full time with our client you start off on £14.80ph and after 3 months the rate will increase to £15.29ph.
