We are seeking a dedicated and experienced live in Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing daily operations within the restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Train and mentor team members in culinary skills, service techniques, and hospitality best practices.
* Collaborate with management to develop menus and special offerings that enhance guest experience.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
* Participate in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes.
* Previous experience in team management, demonstrating leadership abilities to motivate staff effectively.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is crucial for maintaining compliance.
* Experience as a barista or in hotel settings would be advantageous but not mandatory.
