Business Development & Marketing Executive
Sammons Recruitment are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive on behalf of a growing and innovative B2B technical set up business. This is a great opportunity for a driven and commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting company growth within a fast‑paced and creative industry. Working closely with a small team, you will play a key role in generating new leads, developing client relationships and helping to increase brand presence across the events sector. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, networking and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities
* Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to securing bookings
* Attend networking events, meetings and industry functions when required
* Support the development and implementation of business development and marketing strategies
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support company growth objectives

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements
