Position: Primary Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Contract Type: Long-term, Day-to-Day Supply, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering interactive and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with classroom management and student behaviour support.
* Help prepare and organise teaching materials and learning resources.
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.
* Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents when needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
* A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach to working with students.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are beneficial but not essential.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
