Location: M22 – ManchesterContract: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a SEND Unit Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in a mainstream or specialist unit. This is a hands-on, rewarding role, helping pupils access their learning and daily school activities. Key Responsibilities •Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups •Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities •Help pupils engage with the curriculum and school routines •Support pupils’ social and emotional development •Assist with classroom organisation and resources •Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team Who We’re Looking For •Experience supporting pupils with SEND is preferred but not essential •Patient, reliable, and approachable •Positive attitude and willingness to learn •Ability to support pupils in a calm and structured way This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive SEND environment and make a real difference in pupils’ school lives.
