05th May, 2026 Area Sales Manager - South East(KBB Sector) Location: South East Package: 50-55K base (DOE) open ended commission company car/allowance benefits The Opportunity An excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to take over a well-established and high-performing territory within the KBB sector. This role offers a strong base of existing accounts across kitchen, bedroom and bathroom retailers, merchants and distributors, alongside the opportunity to grow the region through new business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with independent retailers, merchants, contractors and distributors Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service Conduct regular customer visits, reviews and performance analysis Deliver product presentations and training to showroom and trade customers Increase brand presence through in-store displays and promotional activity Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and customer success Stay up to date with industry trends, products and market developments Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records via CRM systems About You Proven track record in field-based B2B sales within the KBB sector (Kitchens are a major focus) Strong existing relationships with kitchen retailers and/or merchant networks Experience managing a geographical territory and account portfolio Commercially aware with a balance of account management and new business Confident presenting to customers and delivering product training Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary Requirements Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel across the South East region Why Apply?
