Sales Specialist – Luxury Tailoring & Ready-to-Wear

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Commission.
We are currently partnering with a prestigious luxury tailoring house on Savile Row to recruit a Sales Associate who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales across both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure collections. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected luxury environment where craftsmanship, personalised service, and long-term client relationships are at the heart of the business.
The Role:
The Sales Associate will combine strong sales performance with impeccable front-of-house service, ensuring every client receives a seamless and personalised experience. Working closely with the tailoring team, you will support clients throughout their journey, from ready-to-wear purchases to made-to-measure services. A background or genuine interest in tailoring, garment construction, or fit would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
* Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
* Develop strong knowledge of product collections, craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage
* Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a luxurious store environment
* Assist with daily store operations including POS transactions, stock management, and administrative tasks
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, tailoring, or premium service environments
* Strong interest in tailoring, garment construction, and styling
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using POS and CRM systems
* Professional, polished presentation aligned with luxury standards
