Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a multi-award-winning law firm based in Doncaster. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of 30,000 - 50,000 annum depending on experience and is on a Hybrid basis.
Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor:
* Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
* Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
* Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base
About you as a Property Commercial Property Solicitor:
* Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
* Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
* Good communication skills written and verbal
* Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
