Data Entry Clerk roles available working DAYS Monday – Friday for an award winning global document storage company in London EC4A (nearest tube stations are Farringdon and Blackfriars) with set hours Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday Days: 8am – 4pm (0800 – 1600) OR 9am – 5pm (0900 – 1700) Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour As Data Entry Clerk you will be working in an office environment based in London with responsibility for the following: Preparing documents from a government department in preparation for scanning including separating sheets, removing staples and separating booklets Keying in data from the documents into the computer system Scanning the documents to ensure a good digital copy is produced A performance driven operation with tight deadlines We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following: Data Entry, Administration or Scanning experience is required Previous experience using scanning equipment is desirable although full training will be provided Good written and spoken English language Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a targeted environment Good dexterity Must be able to travel to Hoddesdon EN11 0RF for training for the first 2 weeks The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client.
