Job Description
With strong foundations and a clear vision for the future, the business is now looking for a Workshop Manager to take ownership of daily operations and help drive the next stage of development. In this role, you'll oversee day‑to‑day production, improve operational processes, maintain high quality standards, and ensure work is done efficiently, on time. It is a hands‑on leadership position that requires excellent organisational skills and a solid understanding of production and team management.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 9 employees and oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations.
* Drive efficiencies within the team.
* Monitor quality control, budgets, and timelines.
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience managing a team.
* Background in a mechanical environment – plant, powered access, or forklift operations.
* Proactive, solution‑driven approach with strong communication skills.
* Based in or commutable to Motherwell / Glasgow.
