Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing portfolio management support and subject matter expertise to our clients. Your main tasks will include driving efficiency in occupancy planning and addressing space-related challenges and issues. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery. Monitoring and reporting project status, financial tracking, and staying informed about occupancy metrics, industry trends, and workplace best practices are critical for success in this role. Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts by creating compelling client-facing content and presentations. Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is highly desirable, as well as proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel or similar). Exceptional written and spoken communication skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire others are crucial to this role.
