Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator for the CAT 7 Paediatric admin team.
Hours
Full time hours: 3 days 08:00-16:00, one short shift: 08:00-15:00 and one late shift: 08:00-17:00.

Responsibilities
* Act as the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care.
* Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly.
* Ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer‑focused and knowledgeable point of contact.
* Provide cover for the children's clinic reception during leave.
* Display the agreed behaviours, comply with all relevant policies and codes of conduct, and embody the Trust's values.
* Deliver a world‑class service through personal conduct, personal responsibility and key characteristics as set out by the Trust.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) describing the functions of the role and adhere to the specified timescales.
