Join our Skills & Employment team and help shape adult skills provision across the region — supporting programmes that improve employment, productivity and life chances.
You'll:
* Manage and support adult skills programmes and funding
* Work closely with colleges, training providers and partners
* Oversee performance, finance and quality assurance
* Help align skills provision to local labour market needs
Strong stakeholder skills
Confident with contracts, data and performance
Focused on impact and continuous improvement
