You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems across commercial and residential sites. This is a field-based role offering varied work, long-term stability, and clear career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking business. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and AHU (Air Handling Unit) systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs Diagnose faults efficiently and complete on-site repairs to a high standard Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, including refrigerant handling and leak testing Complete accurate job sheets, service reports, and risk assessments Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Take part in the on-call rota when required Requirements Essential: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 (2079) Certification Full UK Driving Licence Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer Strong ability to work independently and manage your own workload Desirable: Experience with commercial HVAC systems, including VRF and chillers CSCS or ECS card Basic electrical understanding (18th Edition beneficial) IPAF or PASMA certifications What’s in It for You Company van and fuel card Full PPE, tools, and uniform provided 25 days annual leave bank holidays Pension scheme Overtime and call-out allowance (negotiable) Continuous training and development opportunities Why Join Us?
